37 lbs to go! (out of 45)

So it's taken me a while to introduce myself. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to stick with this long enough for it to matter if people knew me, and that I would never lose the weight. But now I'm down 8 lbs and doing great!
I've put myself on a 1000 calorie diet, as my BMR is ~1500. I only do mild exercise when I'm at work as a housekeeper, so I don't burn much in the way of exercise.
Anyway, just hoping everyone else is having the success they want, and know that you can do it if you want it!

1000 is too low. What are your stats?0

Hi, Andi,
I agree, your body needs more than 1000 calories. I'm looking for new friends in this journey. I would love to offer support. Feel free to add me!0
