So I just got myself a fitbit. I have it to sync with MFP. Do i log my exercise calories on MFP or does fitbit do that automatically?

Which type of Fitbit? In general, log food and drink in MFP and allow Fitbit to track all step-based activities. If you do cycling, rowing, or swimming, you can log those on one or the other, but not both. Make sure MFP and Fitbit are set to the same time zone and if you do log non-step based activity in MFP, use the correct Start Time so that the Calories from that activity don't get double counted on the Fitbit during the same time period.

There is an MFP Group for Fitbit users where you can find information and ask questions.
