Daily Exercise Without Gym Weights?

So, long-story short, I've been through the whole journey, from obese--I was at 260 pounds, at a height of 5'7"... it was pretty bad. So, one day I made the decision to take Weight Training at my school, and join Basketball. A semester later, I switched schools, and traded Basketball for Boxing. Over the course of a year, I made my personal journey losing about 80 lbs, as a teenager. It was exhilarating, incredibly painful( xD ), and awesome in general. I felt like a whole new person.

As of late, though, I moved back to my old school, and have kind of stagnated. I've lost a lot of muscle mass, and have put on some weight(not nearly as much as I had back then). I want to get back into a fit shape and hopefully even achieve a better state of myself, before college. Essentially, I want to be in the best shape of my life, before I head out to start a whole new one.

I'm going to start running regularly(for a person who hates running, and is flat-footed, that's a feat in itself), and tomorrow, I plan to move the furniture in my bedroom around, to allow myself the room for regular workouts. In about a week, I'll also be picking up Golf as a sport, alongside either Track-&-Field, or Baseball. I've even set alarms on this-here laptop, to put stuff into the site calorie-counter-wise.

I'm no afraid of hard workouts, or getting sore. Been there, done that, doesn't bother me. In fact, I kind of love the feeling of waking up after a good workout, and feeling rather sore. Especially if I haven't worked-out in a while; it's just a good boost to your pride, and self-accomplishment, all that stuff in general. Problem is, I'm only really used to weights, working out in a gym-like environment. I don't have the money to buy that stuff for my house, however, so I need some exercises and tips.

To describe my general plan, it's a run at least every other day, for 15 minutes, to half an hour, with about an hour to workout everyday. Of course, factor in rest days occasionally, days I'll be too busy, etc. My biggest questions are:
  • What are some exercises I should do? ~ I want to work my full body, but especially focus on my abdomen-down. I've always had a shabby lower-body, and I want to fix that.
  • What's a good regime? Should I focus on certain sections of my body, each day? ~ That's what we did in work-outs and what-not, but does it still apply to regular exercises/cardio?
  • I really want to push myself; like I said, I want to be in the best shape of my life, before I head out to college. ~ My college is going to be two states away; it's a fresh start, from the ground-up, and I want it to be just that.

I think that's about it. Thanks in-advance for anyone that replies!

If you pick up Track and Field or baseball, will you have access to a school gym for free?

Look up "You are your own gym"....That may give you some ideas of where to start with bodyweight exercises.

Depends on if the coaches want to have some weight-training to supplement. I believe the Baseball coach will, but I don't know about the Track-&-Field one. We have a weight-room, but unless we're working-out in a group(noone, 'cept sports-teams), or we're in the class(I have a different one, that period), we can't use it. Really stupid, in my opinion. >.>

    Thanks, MoS!

I do workout videos cardio and body weight workouts on YouTube. And I run also. So I don't spend any money or time at a gym and still losing weight. While eating healthier as well.
