So I have heard good things about the 30 Day Shred, so I bought a 3 dvd set which includes that and also Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and also No More Trouble Zones.
Pretty new to MFP and working out in general. I do alot of walking at my job and also I cycle as a hobby, but nothing on a regular basis.
I started with the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism one last night. I could not do every single part of it, but I got through most of it. I was definately sweating! It was a workout. This morning I am not crazy-sore, but my body certainly is very aware there was new activity going on!. I am looking forward to doing the dvd again, specially since I won't be learning the moves from scratch (not the most coordinated person here, lol!).
Glad to have found MFP for all the advice!

I've done a few of hers, some I liked, some I didn't. Those 3 are good but Boost Metabolism is the hardest. She jumps more and it's longer. The No More Trouble Zones you can break up and do in sections and is a good workout for toning.
You might like Biggest Loser Last Chance workout, it's like Shred in a way but she's with contestants, nicer and it's longer (25 min) I like the "real people" and she always has a modification, something Boost Metabolism doesn't always show.
Good luck, they do help tone and trim with patience. : )0 -
Thanks. I will probably try & master the ones I bought first. I am sure that will take awhile. But thanks for the advice, I will keep the biggest loser one in mind. I like working out at home much better than at the gym, so I think the DVD s are the way to go for me.
Have a good day!0
