Is it possible to lose 12 pounds in two weeks.

Starting over again so dissapointed

Why does it always happen to me

I lose weight then always put some weight back on

I feel this is the way its always going to be

I never maintain the weight i lose

Any tips or advice would be great thanks

    Not 12 pounds of fat.

It's going to be like that if you stop.

It doesn't happen to you, it's what you do.

Of course, if you stop doing the things that made you lose weight.
I feel this is the way its always going to be
It will unless you do differently.

You need to eat the appropriate amount of calories to keep your new, lower weight stable, not go back to "before".

Beyond what already mentioned, be patient and read the stickies.

Losing 12 pounds in 2 weeks is rather extreme. If I lose even 2 pounds in a week I feel weak and dizzy. Maybe aiming for a goal of 1 to 1 and a half pounds a week would be better. Keeping the weight off once you lose it is always a challenge for me too. It never comes back quickly, but say over a couple of years. I'm a lot older than you, so the weight likes to cling to my midsection, no matter what I eat. I read somewhere that older women tend to put weight on around the mid section and thighs as natures way of protecting the hips in a fall. Whatever:):) Whatever weight loss plan you use, try to make it one that you can stick to long term.
