Carb Timing, CICO, and Fat loss

So I keep reading that eating carbs during the day is best. The problem is that the earlier I eat my carbs the hungrier I get later in the day.

BUT I also find that if I wait until after 3pm to eat my carbs I can actually make it through the day on my reduced caloric in take. BUT everything I'm reading about carb consumption is that "... you kill your fat loss if you eat your carbs right before bed..." In a way this flies in the face of CICO. I would think that if all that matters is CICO then when I eat my carbs won't matter. So if it's easier for me to operate at a deficit if I wait until later in the day why not?

Does anyone know if this is a legitimate theory to fat loss.

Carbs can't tell time. As long as you are in a deficit, you will lose weight.

I eat a carb/protein/fat at every meal (2 meals a day brunch and early dinner).

I'm down 40 lbs so far and it doesn't seem to effect me in any way.

I forced myself to try to eat breakfast because I thought it was "the most important" meal of the day. Thankfully that turned out to be a myth. Just eating breakfast regardless of the macros makes me hungrier throughout the day.

I lost the Majority of my weight eating twice a day two HUGE meals because it satisfied my personal hunger needs and it kept me in a deficit with the exercise regimine I was doing. If Bro-science was accurate I would have failed..

    Great message Cwolfman!!!

I think you should seriously consider changing your reading sources if they come up with this.... "you kill your fat loss if you eat your carbs right before bed...".
    It's utter twaddle.

Carb timing has a role in satiety for sure but that's very personal and can also have a role in exercise performance but fat loss comes from a calorie deficit over time. Nothing more complex than that.

    This.
