    Totally relate,
    I'm a pre-k teacher, so i get some movement during the day.
    I work full time 9-5 and then go to school 6- 8:30 (full time, 5 classes) 4 days a week ( Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs,)
    Sure I could fit it a workout in on the other 3 days but I'm either so exhausted I spend that "free" time asleep
    or I'm working on homework or paperwork or things for the classroom.
    This is my biggest struggle, just being too tired.
    but then I see colleagues who seem to manage to do it all and that just makes me feel like im lazy (which i am) and not trying/wanting it hard enough.
