Hi there. Im new. Not new to exercising...been doing that for 20+ years, just new to Myfitnesspal. For Christmas I received a Vivofit and Jessica Smiths Walkonwalkstrong 6 week exercise dvds.
Im not much for tracking my food intake. I like food and think as long as I exercise and dont over do the sugars and junk food...Im good! Not really looking to loose weight but just maintain my current weight and feel good about myself.
