What is your favorite VLC (very low calorie) dish?

I really like the Pogresso Light Italian-Style Meatball soup. 160 calories per can, fills up a big soup bowl. Delicious!0

progresso light soups, when I don't have time to cook. Anywhere from 140-200 cals for the whole can. 2 servings! old fashioned oats, cooked with water (less than the box calls for - don't like them soggy!) with cinnamon and sweetened with no calorie sweetener - 150 cals. Shirataki noodles with light alfredo sauce or melted laughing cow cheese - under 100. My Fav: homemade roasted butternut squash soup that's really creamy without use of milk, lots of spices - 200cals.0
