protein truffles :D no cooking. easy

phd diet whey OR protein of your choice, x 2 scoops
agave syrup x 1 tablespoon
low fat yoghurt, 150 grams ish
Scottish milled oats, 56 grams
sultanas 36 grams

= 12 balls

mix the yoghurt, oats and first scoop of protein together, then add the agave in too.
shove in a pot, leave in the fridge for 40 mins then take out, cut into twelve pieces then with your hand, make them into balls and roll them in the second scoop of protein powder.

tada, truffles.

PER TRUFFLE

4g protein, 3.4 grams sugar, 0.8 grams of fat (0.2 sat) and 0.5grams of fibre

you could also use toasted soya bran instead of oats to up fibre, but you don't get the full feeling so much as with oats.
