So I am usually over my protein count by a little every day(anywhere from 10 gr to 20gr) but usually get my calorie count right. Is this a big deal? I wouldnt think so but just wanted opinions.

have you adjusted MFP's protein count from 15%?
if not, i wouldn't worry about it at all.3 -
For weight loss macro ratios don't really matter-it's all about the calories2

Not a big deal. As long as you're accurately counting your calories, you will lose weight if you're in a deficit. A calorie deficit is what is required for weight loss. Macro goals are individual.3

No problem.3

is your protein still at 15%, the amount MFP automatically sets to? a lot of people move this up so it's perfectly fine to eat more, personally I set mine to 30-40% protein, just do what you prefer2

You have to remember that the food database isn't totally accurate so macros and calories may not match up perfectly.1

Not only is this not a problem but I would say it is actually good.1

Same here I love going over my protein goal.Much better than to much carbs. Don't worry just building muscle.0

No...it's probably a good thing if your macros are set to MFP defaults.0
