Hey!
I'm going through the worst semester of med school ever, and I've gained about 12 pounds So I wore my Polar FT4 to see what my BMR is nowadays, and I was sitting down studying for four hours, and it said I bourned 1300 calories!! what on earth is going on? My watch and chest strap are about two years old. Changed the battery t Polar official retail. I am 5''7, 155 lb. Rechecked my watch data, everything is right. Thanks!
