I'm starting at 6000 steps per day then after a month build it upto 7000 and so on until I reach 10000 steps a day.
I have problems with my right leg and knees so it's very painful to walk that's why I started at a low stepage. Plus I need to figure out how to get my Fitbit to sync with mfp
