Hi I'm not new here but have only just decided to make the changes I need to in my life, I have a lot of weight to lose (ideally half my current body weight) and would also appreciate any hints, advice and support from other members

For me, I'd hate to say that I am new to fitness and calorie tracking.... always said I hated exercise but now after 2 months, I'm actually enjoying it and looking forward to it at least 5 days a week.
My weight loss is slow butttt..... I didn't gain it overnight either, right?:bigsmile:

I just joined last night, and I could definitely use friends to help keep me on track too. Someone mentioned a diary portion on here somewhere, still trying to find that!0

Just click on the Food Tab.... it's a great thing to keep you accountable and on track! You can have it private, public or just for your friends only0
