Back in 2012 i had my appendicitis removed and something done with my kidneys (hydronephrosis).
After the surgeries i remember doing sit ups and nothing happened i didnt have any ab cramps. But like two years ago i was doing sit ups and i had an ab cramp on my left side of the stomach where i had hydronephrosis i didnt feel any pain and i dont feel any pain now when it happens but its realy scary and doesnt motivate me to do ab exercises. But the thing is i can get that cramp in the same spot if i do pushups or pullups (when i overtry) . But it like becomes like a little crater when it cramps i mean it looks like its superglued and doesnt want to come of my
both are like in the side of my stomach but i never had problems with the appendicitis scar only had problems with hydronephrosis and it

More scar tissue/internal adhesions could have developed over the years. It would be a good idea to get it checked out since it concerns you.
