Losing motivation

Just in need of some motivation to get back on here every day again. Anyone that can exchange advice.

    I know how it feels, I lost motivations last month and just found it. I have really great friends so I got on just to check on them, then they were doing runs and such so I would go on one, then I finally got back to logging and finishing my diary.

    I am just returning myself! This is day one for me. Just take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself up. The fact that you are here shows you are already on the right track

    Can't rely on motivation, because it's fleeting. You're probably not motivated to go to work every day but you do it because you know it's best for you.
  • You will lose motivation and gain motivation... but it's all about perseverance and pushing yourself even on days when you just don't feel like it. Whenever you're in a slump, remember why you started!
