Is anyone trying to follow the MIND Diet

The MIND diet is designed to promote a healthy mind and lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease. It is a mash-up of the Mediterranean diet and the DASH diet.
Right now we (wife and I) are pretty close to 95% eating a real food diet (no more processed food) and maybe 85% in sync with the Mediterranean diet but trying to adapt to the MIND diet. Have issues as we are both trying to lose weight to comply with some of the amounts of carbs they want you to eat.
