    I didn't hit it last night. I stayed strong. Today I want to finish to at least 1300 total. You can have a lot of food for that much if you have your mind set to not eat a lot of processed junk!

    Thanks for the motivation I need today!

    If I ate cereal like that it would spike my blood sugar so high I'd have to have the ER check me out.... glad life's good for you!
