New Year resolutions

Hello, I'm just coming on board. I've become increasingly sedentary over several years but have decided "enough already"! My goals include: increase activity throughout day; no prolonged sitting, aerobic exercise 3 times weekly and strength training twice weekly. Today makes one week of effort. I have excelled at moving more in general, and made 2cardio, and 2strength classes. I still have more to learn about my new fitness tracker and new apps. This week I plan to increase the cardio to a minimum of 3X/weekly. My desired results would include decrease in back pain, increased sense of well being, and lost inches!

    Great commitment. Remember, since you've been quite sedentary, ramp up slowly, Don't do too much too fast.
