Loss of appetite what to do ??

I'm really struggling to finish my food for the day and get my macros in. Just wondering what you guys do when you find yourselves in this situation ?

It's been little over a month since I started my weight loss journey so I'm no expert. I have experienced loss of appetite for the first 2 weeks. Gradually it came back with getting creative with my food recipes. Pinterest is a good one to look at some creative recipe ideas that fit your diet style.0

Don't force the food down, let your body n hormones readjust. Eat to your fill.0

Dont over eat just to eat. Remember your 1st month or so will be rough on your body. Alot of times as we make ourselves more effective at burning our body fat as fuel we slow down on eating.
Want to eat? Hit weights hard for 4 days... by day 5 you will be dreaming of eating a whole cow
Listening to your body is key. We are all different. But if you start to not eat because you dont want to gain weight that can lead to eating disorders... so dont do that.
Understand weight loss is counter intuitive, meaning we have to eat more (of the right things... e.g. not McDonald's) to lose the weight and keep our bodies happy.
If you not hungry dont force it... your body will tell you when its chow time.

Or if it becomes a problem you could try eating more carbs - especially for breakfast. Whenever I have a sweet or carb rich breakfast my appetite kicks up for the rest of the day. Carbs tend to increase hunger hormones. Also you could try doing some cardio- that should increase hunger too.
Personally I've never had loss of appetite unless I am sick so can't really relate personally to this. If I had trouble eating enough I wouldn't be needing to lose weight!0 -
I had to get used to eating a small breakfast otherwise I don't leave myself enough time to get in calories. And I added in a protein powder Helped alot. If you choose to do that watch the sugar sodium and carbs. Ifound one at Walmart that works just fine to supplement0

If it is an occasional thing where you are slightly below your goals don't worry about it.
If it is an ongoing loss of appetite then eat more calorie dense foods and consider seeing your doctor.

Look at food with high calorific value, maybe? A few nuts or small helping of peanut butter can add up - assuming no nut allergies0
