For this resipe you will need the following:

-Garlic cloves 1
-Sweetcorn (1 tbs)
-Other veggies if desired
-Chilli powder (optional)
-Half Onion white,red or green
-tbs breadcrumbs (homemade)
-1 egg white
-2 tsp lemon juice
-Food processor
-Light cooking spray
Pre heat oven to about 180 degrees F
*Place the Onion, garlic and any other desired herbs in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
* Now add all your chicken breast and egg white. switch the processor back on again until mixture is in a paste form.
* Spoon mixture into a large bowl and mix in the breadcrumbs and sweetcorn (other veggies can be added to, spinach is very good)
* Divide the mixture into 4 (or what ever portion is desired and form each decision into patty's.)
* In a skillet or frying pan coated with cooking spray, seal each side of the burgers
* Place them onto a baking tray and into the preheated oven for about 15 - 18 minuets, or until the juices run clear.
* Serve as desired, i recomend in a wholemeal English muffin with salad, light mature cheddar anf a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
