Hi, my start weight is 350. My goal for right now is 200. My ultimate goal is 150. We can do this!! I'm down about 7 pounds so far.

Ladies, I am with you.. Except I am 61 years old... trying to loose 100 Lbs. starting at 300, immediate short term goal of 250. Sure could use some support.
