Hey guys.
Before an injury which required an operation last year, I was in great shape and worked out loads
I have since struggled to get my figure back and am feeling low therefore losing all motivation!
I am now starting to panic as I have a wedding dress to fit in to next may!
Can anyone give me any tips or advice on reinstating my motivation and getting me back in shape and it staying??

You've just got to want it badly enough to do it. The only real advice I can offer is to find workouts that you actually enjoy doing. It's way easier to get motivated to do something that you want to do.0
