Hi
I'm new to this. Only started last week. I really haven't done anything yet but track what I eat. Ideally, I'd like to lose 100 lbs. not sure if I can, but willing to try anything. I don't know how to add people yet. So please add me

Yes, you can do it. But it will take work. You have to track your calories. You can't lose weight by exercise alone, it can be a tool to help, but a single protein shake can erase all that hard work from an hour or working out.
To add people, you click on their name or avatar, that will pop up a bigger window of their avatar. Click on them again and it will open their profile page. Then just click add as friend.0 -
