Hi
I'm new to this. Only started last week. I really haven't done anything yet but track what I eat. Ideally, I'd like to lose 100 lbs. not sure if I can, but willing to try anything. I don't know how to add people yet. So please add me :)

    Yes, you can do it. But it will take work. You have to track your calories. You can't lose weight by exercise alone, it can be a tool to help, but a single protein shake can erase all that hard work from an hour or working out.

    To add people, you click on their name or avatar, that will pop up a bigger window of their avatar. Click on them again and it will open their profile page. Then just click add as friend.
