Heavy traveler looking to get healthy

Hello all!
I travel 10+ months a year for work and fun, and it has really affected my health. I was very active in high school as a weight lifter and swimmer, and have been in a bit of denial about my health since then. My 10 year high school reunion is coming up next year, so I'd like to get back into shape before then!
I work as a fisheries observer on commercial fishing boats in Alaska, so I live out of a suitcase and either on boats or hotel rooms for most of my work. When I'm not working, I travel all over the world. I love this lifestyle, but tipping the scales at 183 pounds and only 5'3", it isn't great for the waistline! I recently started Shaun T's Focus T25 because the workouts seem like they'll be great for travel.
I've started and quit a lot of workout programs, so I could definitely use some motivation for this, especially when I head back to work in August!
Thanks!
Rachel

I travel quite a bit for work too (though not as much as you!). I find it a struggle to eat fresh, healthy food when I travel (and wine is usually abundant at business dinners too). I've recently started the www.blogilates.com workouts because they are free and youtube based, and require no more space than a yoga mat would take up usually.
I'm still working out the food thing, but I try to just be sure I work out hard each day to make up for it.0
