Been on and off this for years. Still young(36) but need to get it going. Between night eating episodes that set me back, and using food for comfort, I need to change my ways for

stick a picture of yourself that you don't like on the fridge so that you see it everytime you go for a snack. Instead, come on here and take your mind off of snacking2

@billsrule2015 there is a book I would like to recommend called Change Anything. I found it extremely helpful for me. I.e. Keeping certain foods out of the house, learning to avoid foods and how to incentivize yourself.1
