Need support/encouragement to lose weight

Been on and off this for years. Still young(36) but need to get it going. Between night eating episodes that set me back, and using food for comfort, I need to change my ways for
Good. Looking for members who can give me advice/ motivation, etc to not keep caving into temptations and cravings. Thank you!

    stick a picture of yourself that you don't like on the fridge so that you see it everytime you go for a snack. Instead, come on here and take your mind off of snacking

    @billsrule2015 there is a book I would like to recommend called Change Anything. I found it extremely helpful for me. I.e. Keeping certain foods out of the house, learning to avoid foods and how to incentivize yourself.
