Do you mean that your calorie goal from MFP is 1,330? If that's the case (and you entered your information correctly), then 1,330 is what MFP calculates would be a deficit for you. How big of a deficit it is depends on how many pounds you told MFP you wanted to lose per week.0

I meant calorie defict to loose weight by excersizing how do you do it0

Your calorie deficit is basically the difference between what your body uses on a daily basis at your normal activity level (make sure you have this set correctly in your settings) and the calorie goal MFP has set for you.
For example if your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is around 1800 Calories and MFP has set you at 1330 you have a 470 Calorie Deficit.
This doesn't take into account any exercise that you are doing, so if you exercise you can also eat back those calories (most people choose to eat back around 50% unless they have a more accurate activity tracker as the calories burned in the database are not always accurate).
Example: you have 1330 calorie target, you burn 300 calories exercising, increasing your target to 1630 calories1 -

Let's say the number of calories to maintain your exact weight is 2330 calories. If you are eating 1,330 everyday then you have a daily 1,000 calorie deficit. This would allow you to lose 2 pounds per week. This is why not everyone can lose at the same rate all the time. As you lose weight the number of maintenance calories goes down.
The number of calories to maintain your weight is called TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). Google this for your estimate.
MFP's estimate is TDEE (without exercise)....then takes away the number of calories = to "I want to lose xx pounds per week."

How much did you tell MyFitnessPal you wanted to lose?
The deficit is already included in the calorie goal that you were given.
A pound of fat has about 3500 calories worth of energy. For every pound per week that you tell MFP you want to lose, you'll have a 500 calorie deficit per day off of your maintenance calories.0 -
When you're eating at a calorie deficit, it means that you are eating less calories than it takes for you to maintain your weight.
Every day, our body burns a certain amount of energy (calories). If you take in the same number of calories every day as your maintenance calories, you maintain your weight. If you consistently eat less than this number, you lose weight; if you consistently eat more than this number, you gain weight.
MFP calculates your maintenance calories before exercise based on your stats that you entered when you set up your profile and sets a calorie goal based off of how much weight you tell it you want to lose per week.
We can help you a bit better if we know your age, height, weight, and how much weight you'd like to lose.0 -

That is your deficit...you put in your stats and desired rate of loss and MFP calculated a target to achieve that. If you said you wanted to lose 1 Lb per week for example...MFP is estimating that a maintenance number of calories for you is 1,330 + 500 = 1,830 calories...so you see, you have a 500 calorie per day deficit from a maintenance level of calories.1 -
I get it now thanks alot i got confused thanks for the great awnsers x0

If you're sedentary, 1330 seems about right given your height and weight. But if you do exercise and MFP gives you more calories, I would eat at least 50-75% of them back. You want to make sure it is a sustainable plan for you, and you still need to fuel your workouts.0
