Healthy food and workouts

Does anybody have any tips and tricks on what to eat throughout the day and workout ideas? Keep in mind I'm a nursing student with a full time job and in a sorority so not much time day to day. I really want to start eating healthier and getting back into shape but I'm just not sure how or where to start.

    Primarily whole foods and meals prepared from scratch, whole food ingredients...and have some pizza from time to time.

    Exercise wise, whatever workout you enjoy and will stick to is optimal on that end.

    figure out your daily calorie goal; eat foods you enjoy; workout and eat about 50% of burned calories back; take your time and don't expect weight to fall off

    What @cwoflman13 said. Also, check out Ashley Noccera on youtube. She is also a full time nursing student and might be inspirational. She preps lots of meals and shares how she manages it all. I also use Instagram to fitness and nutritional motivation. Good luck!
