I am 35 yrs old and I am determined to loose almost 80- 100lbs...(over time!)...this past week has been a challenge. I am doing the same thing I did to loose the 5lbs i have lost ... turns out they came back...so, I am puzzled. I am staying between 1000-1200 calories every day, not eatting past 6-7pm...(depends on when I cook), drinking as much water as i can, try to stay active as much as i can. I am usually around 5,000-8,000 steps a day. Being a secretary, that is good for me.
Any advice would be great on this journey we are all on! Good or bad... bring it on!

It might actually help to up your calories a bit. Sometimes when eating less than 1200 calories it makes your body hold onto fat more making it more difficult to lose weight. Anyways feel free to add me if you want, I'm always here to motivate!

Comment above is Bang on!! Your body could be "Holding" on to fat as its got used to effectively being starved!? That sounds harsh but your body will adapt to the drop in calories! N personally I,ve never been a big advocate on the not eating after a certain time!? Good Luck x
