Hello!! I am looking for other ladies to be friends with who have PCOS and are trying to lose weight. It can be so frustrating how slow it is to lose weight I often get discouraged and want to give up!     Feel free to add me - I had it for years. I don't have it anymore technically because I had my ovaries removed due to cancer but I know the struggle.
