Delicious sandwich (gluten, soy, dairy free & vegan!)

Hello! I just threw this sandwich together post workout and it tasted amazing!

2 slices gluten free bread
Thin layer of "veganaise" because the bread is a tiny bit dry
Green leaf lettuce (I used a whole leaf)
1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
1/4 cup homemade hummus
5-6 slices of cucumber

My calorie counter said it was 337 calories

    I have never tried veganaise, is it good? I usually just mash up an avocado with some lime juice and cilantro and spread it on. (My daughter can't have eggs, so I do it when I know I'll be sharing and have to give up the mayo!)

    Do you have a recipe for your hummus? :D

    Yes the veganaise is good, it tastes very similar! I have a brand called "Follow Your Heart Soy Free Veganaise"

    Hummus recipie:

    1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
    1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    Salt & pepper to taste
    2 heaping spoonfuls of tahini
    A dash of water

    Blend in the food processor
