Meal Plan HELP

Hey everyone,
I need help getting enough calories daily. I'm on a 2600-3000 calorie diet. Since I workout a lot and don't eat meat or poultry, it's difficult to reach that daily intake. Does anyone have suggestions, possibly meal plans or just advice? Thanks.

    Are you having trouble reaching protein goals, or just calories in general? I would suggest adding whole-milk greek yogurt, cottage cheese, avocados, eggs, nut butters and oils, nutritional yeast.
