I need to stop drinking soda... Im an addict.0

I'm an emotional eater. I'm also a stress/boredom eater. And in social situations, I'm lousy at small-talk and gravitate toward the food.0

Boredom/binge eating. Logging what I eat helps. Also if I can get out of the house and away from the refrigerator. Lack of access means lack of temptation. Packing my meals when I leave keeps me from buying too much when I am out.0
