Clean eating

I've always been into fitness, but this year I've decided to get really serious about my eating habits, January has been so tough resisting sweets at work but I'm pushing through strong, I lost 8 pounds and I'm seeing abs clearly for the first time, I upped my water intake and that really helped. I eat about 2,000 calories a day and work out 1-2 hours a night 6 days a week. I'm always open to having new friends to help motivate and encourage. No better way to keep on track then having people cheer you on!
