Does anybody have some go to seasonings they use to add some spice to your meals? Definately low calorie, preferrably low sodium.

    Check out the Mrs. Dash seasoning blends if you like seasoning blends. I like the lemon pepper and original.

    most seasonings have negligible calories. It really depends on your taste though. I personally love garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, cumin, and black pepper of course.

    Mccormick does one. Perfect pinch veggie seasoning that ive been putting on my veggies before roasting.

    Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime for breakfast egg fritattas and omelettes. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle for roasted pumpkin and squash. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb for roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper for grilled chicken and fish.
