So, I love the gym but getting abit bored of the same old routine! Wondered if you lovely MFP people would send over some of your workouts...

Have a look on bodybuilding.com - there's heaps of workouts there for different areas and skill levels2

I really like the Tarheels workout. Only equipment needed is a medicine ball. It's a full body workout and I feel that I've really had a good workout afterwards.

I really enjoyed strong lifts 5x5 when I did it last summer.0

I use bodybuilding.com programs right now. However sometimes I will throw in some HIIT cardio - P90X Plyometrics dvd, jump training and look at fitness blender on YouTube (so many different workouts). Saturday night I play on a competitive volleyball league in which we play at least 6 games in one night; I truly enjoy that!0
