Looking for advice on when to add late night snacks?

Hello all and a early good morning :) I was wondering, If you eat a snack persay at 2 am, do you log it on the current day or do you log it on the night before if you have not gone to bed yet? It is a question I struggle with. I have not gone to bed yet and have had a snack, I still have calories left over from yesterday I can use, And I feel since I have not gone to bed yet it is still that day and I should put it there, but I struggle if that is right or not.

What do you all think or do? Thanks in advance for your thoughts <3<3<3

    It doesn't matter. It all evens out in the end. It's perfectly fine to log them on the previous day. If I snack after midnight before I go to bed, I log it on the previous calendar day -- that is, I treat the time from when I wake up to when I go to bed as one day.

    There's no right answer. It's not even super important to be consistent. That is, you could log it on the previous day one time, and on the actual day another time. It doesn't matter, so long as you log it somewhere.
