Finally I feel the scale is my friend

I've logged in 35 days and have lost 10 lbs. It is a small success but I feel I am going the right direction . I tend to eat a lot of the same foods daily ( chicken,eggs,ground turkey burgers and veggies with a cheese sauce )I have even eaten pizza a couple times this month , but only one piece .I am learning moderation is OK .feeling encouraged

    10 lbs in a month is not a small success. It's a great success. You should feel encouraged.
