Ok guys you asked for it. here is is. FEB 2017 here we come... :)

YOU choose your goal, your exercise challenge and post here as often as possible...

MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 miles WALKING Challenge. Hopefully if the EX bike holds up I will get some of that in as well...

    I'm up for this! Rejoined yesterday, and determined to do something EVERY day! Goal will be 6000 steps a day = 188,000 for February, not sure about the distance - yet!!!

    I'm back in...keeping my goal at 85 miles since it is what I need for 1000 miles in 2017 (another challenge).

    Goal: 85 miles (any)

    History:
    August 2016 - 70.18 miles total
    September 2016 - 74.55 miles total
    October 2016 - 73.30 miles total
    November 2016 - 61.76 miles total
    December 2016 - 69.64 miles total
    January 2017 - 74.52 miles total

    So total: 280 km/174 miles

    I am going to push for 210 miles this month, but as I mentioned above it will be a real challenge. If I am unable to meet that goal, I am hoping for a monthly average of 5 miles/day.
