Ok guys you asked for it. here is is. FEB 2017 here we come...
YOU choose your goal, your exercise challenge and post here as often as possible...
MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 miles WALKING Challenge. Hopefully if the EX bike holds up I will get some of that in as well...

I'm up for this! Rejoined yesterday, and determined to do something EVERY day! Goal will be 6000 steps a day = 188,000 for February, not sure about the distance - yet!!!1
