Since gaining 50+ lbs over the past 2 years I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol..sometimes cant breathe after walking short distances. And this is fairly new to me as I used to be 135ish lbs and worked out. Trying to get my life back so I can live without taking a handful of medicine every morning!0
