Planet Fitness red light machine

Hi guys, I just started my membership at Planet Fitness and they have this red light machine and also when you stand in it it vibrates. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and if so if it gave them any kind of results?

It helped me feel relaxed/rejuvenated & also got rid of the tiny bumps on my upper arms. Nothing else, but I remember I really liked using it just to feel relaxed after a workout.1
