Hello folks! I am 27 years and 152 lbs women. My vital stats are 39"-27"-40"...i intend to loose 3" in overall. I have a very busy desk job and extended office hours due to which I can't manage to catch my gym. Please suggest me few exercises which I could manage to do in my busy hours and sail across near my set goal.

How about changing your daily habit a bit to build more activity into the day. Walk up all steps and never take the elevator. When you go to the restroom, use the one farthest from your desk. Little changes can make a big difference.

There's quite a few workout programs around that are meant to be completed in about 30 minutes. I like Focus T25. It's 25 minutes long, but there's a 3 minute cool down on the end as well. I also like to warm up a little and stretch a little more than they have in the video. So all together it's less than 45 minutes that I do at home.

I've also seen some programs that are even shorter, but haven't tried them out. One I remember seeing is Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. That's broken up into 10 minute sections that concentrate on a specific section of your body. The idea is you fit a couple of these into your day.

HIIT cardio is awesome. It can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, it is a fat burner! There are so many videos for free, just google it. I love it because it's short and sweaty.
