Brief Introduction

Hi, I'm a 24F, 64" and ~140-143 lb right now. So i'm bordering overweight.
I've recently been dealing with a high stress load, and with that out on 10 lbs in the past few months. I coped by eating larger portions.. then switching to less healthy and "convenient" options.. Then due to the lack of energy I have been much much much less active. Going from 30-60 minute of exercise every other day to no exercise or maybe 20 minutes of exercise a week.
I've been tracking my intake manually and in the past I ate closer to 1200-1600 calories a day. At the moment I'm eating 1700-2200 calories a day. It's no wonder I'm where I'm at.
Anyways. My goal is to get back into my healthy habits - and with that drop the recent excess weight. If anyone is in a similar situation or needs an accountability buddy I'm here~
