Carbs choice

Need advice
I'm struggling finding the right carbs
I'm eating sweet potato, roosters & rice I'm somewhat getting bored wat else could I use to fill up my carbs?

    Legumes, freekeh, bulgar, barley, polenta, pasta, bread, noodles, popcorn, fruit, squash, cereal, are some of my go-tos

    Quinoa, new potatoes, dark chocolate (will add some fat too).

    spinach, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, peppers, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, snap peas, cabbage, berries, onions, mushrooms, carrots, turnips...

    Roosters? Aren't they a protein? ;)

    Fruit, bread, all of the above. A little ice cream and chocolate, jicama, millet, gnocchi, sorbet.... cake.

    There is so many carb choices. I used hate sweet potato but I really love it. I love lentil.
