how to reduce weight and motivate self

i am a cyclist ....trying to reduce from 97 kg TO 78 KG

    Well, the biggest step is wanting to lose weight, and committing to a steady diet. Losing weight is mostly about your nutrition. Working out helps for sure but first you need to eat in caloric deficit basically. I would follow a reasonable weight loss goal with MFP :smile: Good luck on your journey!
