I am Danielle, I am from PA! I have been exercising 5 days a week and the weight has not been coming off, so I decided to download a app that will help me track how many calories I eat every day. I have trouble with my thyroid. So I am sure that is why I can't lose the weight. I did lose 11.5 pounds then with my thyroid issues and muscle fat, it went back to my starter weight. Hoping this app will help with helping get on track!

It has been helping me a lot. I have an under active thyroid but it is well under control. I only have issues with losing weight when it is undertreated, when that happens the pounds appear like magic. In the last month (since I joined) I have lost 10 lbs and 6". I am not super active (yet) and have my calories set at 1200. That leads to 2 lbs a week loss. So far I am not feeling deprived at all. I feel really good. Weighing and measuring your food and logging it keeps you accountable. No food is off limits if you can fit it in your calorie allowance.
