Hello there, I am about to be 45yo (Feb baby), Married-Army-Deployed-Mom of 4, 10 & 4 yr old sons and 2 1/2 yr old twin girls. I am looking for support on my journey to lose 50 lbs. I am down about 15, started at 200. Would love some honest & positive support on this journey for next 9 months. Nice to meet you all. We can do this!

You're literally on the best thing to lose weight: deployment! Doesn't get any better. You're away from your family (gym to cure the feels), you don't have to eat like garbage (fast food doesn't exist), and the gym is always open!0

Unless you are front line it does exist unfortunately, in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq, almost all major bases have/had at least one Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, Subway, etc.
