Changing my habits

I won't lose weight until I focus on changing my habits. Picking at night-handful here and there. I do for a couple days then slip back.

You can work around your habits to start rather than trying to change everything at once.
Start by logging things before you put them in your mouth. That way, you can work grazing into your plan rather than letting it undermine your calorie counting. Logging first also gives you a chance to change your mind about how much you want to eat or if you really want to eat at all right then.0
