Hello,
Trying to get back into working out and lose quite a bit of weight. It is that pesky time of year, where I feel it is too dark to go to the gym after work, and too cold to go on hikes outside. Does anyone have recommendations on 10-30 minute workouts I can do in my house? I have a pair of 8 lb dumbells which I can use. Anything would be helpful. Cheers!

Check out FitnessBlender and Nerd Fitness on YouTube. The entire FitnessBlender channel is fantastic and Nerd Fitness has a couple beginner home workout videos that are quite good if you're just starting out.0
