What's everyone's favorite supplements to take? Also do you like to switch up when bulking or cutting? For me personally, while bulking I have my whey protein, fish oil, pre-workout, and creating. While cutting I use similar stack but add in BCAA's.

I only take whey for a pre workout (only because I eat lunch at 11am and workout at 4). I don't take anything else. BCAA's are overhyped and most preworkotus are caffeine and a few other mediocre or ineffective supplements. At least from the majority of studies I have seen.

ETA: I am consider creatine, but not until I plateau with my lifts. Currently, still seeing some adequate increases in volume.

    I use a caffeine/bcaa/creatine pre-workout.
I use whey to supplement my protein intake.
I take a few vitamins to try to balance out the micros because my diet sucks.

Though the effect is minimal. I take in my own personally made pre workout

    5-10g BCAAs
    8g citrulline malate
    5g taurine
    200mg caffeine

Throughout the day to reach my protein goal I take whey
    A multivitamin
    Zma before bed
    5g creatine monohydrate post workout

I work a physically demanding job so by the end of the day I usually need that extra couple percent that all that provides me with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who lifts casually. Except for the lower section.
